Protagoras
Overall I really liked Protagoras. I felt like I was able to follow the story line fairly easily and keep up with what was happening as the story progressed. After reading Apology last week, and now Protagoras, I have a real appreciation for Socrates as a teacher and a person. I love the persuasive manner Socrates has of speaking. He seems to force people to look within themselves, and the world around them, to reach an understanding for things. I think that Socrates was so far ahead of his time, and was such a forward thinking person, he deserved so much more praise than he received.

Socrates was a very admirable figure, completely agree with you on that. I loved that Socrates would always challenge the status quo, as you said, he would reach for the understanding of everything around him. Plus, he would question those who thought they understood certain things, almost trying to knock them off their pedestal.
