"So long as a people is constrained to obey, and obeys, it does well; but as soon as it can shake off the yoke, and shakes it off, it does better; for since it regains its freedom by the same right as that which removed it, a people is either justified in taking back its freedom, or there is
no justifying those who took it away."This qoute stood out to me because that remains true in our society today. We have seen many countries take back their freedom, being so with justified action and motives. In the same we have seen that happen you also see countries take away thinks with no reason to take away. America alon with other countries have taken back their freedom from a country who took it away from them. My other point of intrest was in chapter 3. The right to the strongest man is never strong enough to be master all the time. Unless he transforms force into might and obidence into duty. if force compels obidence there is no need to invoke a duty to obidence , there is no longer any obligation. i liked that because i had to think twice about it to understand what it fully meant and when i did it was worth while.
i really like this dude. patriot act= :(
