Where Do We Go From Here

Martin Luther King Jr. was one of the most influential speakers and individuals in history. Luther’s speech “Where Do We Go From Here” is considered to be one of his best works. His thoughts regarding race, citizens, and the role and power of government are something I can agree with the majority of. If only the citizens and his followers would have taken his advice, rather than riot at the majority of his large speeches and continue on a high rate of violence. Regardless, MLK was an amazing thinker and person with great intentions.

  1. I agree with you he was a great speaker and everyone listened to him and took what he said to heart.

  2. I totally agree. Martin Luther King gave some of the most memorable speeches during the hard times for african americans. And although King spoke mainly for African Americans, I feel like he gave many of us life lessons that should still be remembered for everyone, even today.
